رزین ریخته گری
رزين (Resin) در معني لغوي به مواد طبيعي يا مصنوعي گفته ميشود كه
خاصيت چسبندگي دارند. در توليد قالب و ماهيچه دو نوع رزين بنامهاي
اورتان (Urethane) و فوران (Furan) به طور گستردهي براي تهيه قالب و
ماهيچه در كارخانجات ريختهگري استفاده ميشوند. امروزه شركتهاي
توليدكننده مواد اوليه با استفاده از فنآوريهاي پيشرفته و تكنولوژي
روز توانستهاند رزينهايي با كيفت و استحكام بالا توليد و عرضه كنند.
مهمترين رزينهاي ريختهگري مصرفي در ايران و اتحاديه اروپا شامل: رزين
ريختهگري فوران (Furan)، رزينهاي فنوليك (Phenolic)، رزينهاي
آلكالين ـ فنوليك (Alkaline – Phenolic) ، رزينهاي فنوليك اورتان
(Phenolic - Urethane)، آلكيدها (Alkyd)، رزينهاي ليكوئيداين اورگانيك
(Liquid inorganic) و سخت كنندهها ميباشد. ارجحترين رزينهاي مصرفي
در ايران، رزينهاي Cold - box و Furan No-bake ميباشد.
